Getting there
Head south across the bridge from the 
Pact Encampment Waypoint — . Drop down after crossing the bridge and a continue to the left. Walking along the stream into the cave will lead past the Creaking Caverns point of interest. Use the bouncing mushroom on the right as you enter the chamber with the mastery insight, and use the next bouncing mushroom after that to propel yourself to the insight.
