Double-click the Subtle Spyglass with the Spirit Containment Unit in your inventory while standing by the raven, which is located in the Old Grendich Aqueduct in Diessa Plateau. When down in the aqueduct, find the room along the south/southwest walls and climb the stairs to the raven.
