Walkthrough

1	Speak to the hylek shaman in Shipwreck Strand.	Hullgarden Pier Waypoint —	The hylek Shaman Palak can be found standing on the cliff northeast of  Hullgarden Pier Waypoint — in Shipwreck Strand.
2	Defeat Tequatl the Sunless.	Splintered Coast Waypoint —	Defeat the world boss Tequatl the Sunless in the [Group Event] Defeat Tequatl the Sunless (65) event.
3	Find the Shard of Zintl in the Wychmire Swamp.	Falias Thorp Waypoint —	Complete the Tears of Itlaocol mini-dungeon in Caledon Forest and loot the final chest.
4	Find Palak's acolyte in Jelako Cliffrise.	Jelako Waypoint —	Talk to Veteran Hylek Nahualli slightly northeast of  Jelako Waypoint — in Jelako Cliffrise.
5	Help shore up hylek defenses in Jelako Cliffrise.	Jelako Waypoint —	Complete the Help Shore up Hylek Defenses (54) renown heart. This will auto-complete if you have done the heart before.
6	Speak to the Lapatl chieftain.	Jelako Waypoint —	Talk to the Lapatl Chieftain north of  Jelako Waypoint — in Bloodtide Coast after completing the Protect the Lapatl Chieftain from the undead (54) event. If the event is already completed, you can speak to him directly.
7	Track down the Lorantl Hylek.	Firthside Vigil Waypoint —	Talk to Huitzilin in the  Lorantl Grounds — cave. The entrance to the cave is underwater due west of where the point of interest is marked on the map.
8	Recover the stolen shard from the trolls in Risewild Hills.	Remanda Waypoint —	Enter the troll camp on the hill east of  Mudflat Camp — in Bloodtide Coast and defeat trolls until the shard drops. Trolls outside the camp can drop the shard too. Drop chance is about 3%
9	Find Palak's acolyte in Viathan's Arm.	Ireko Tradecamp Waypoint —	Head north and slightly east to the renown heart vendor for Help Matlal collect truffles for her starving tribe (22). While inside the cave, go north, dive underwater, and follow the underwater tunnel towards  Togatl Grounds — and speak to Hylek Nahualli.
10	Purchase a set of Dragonfly Steaks from the hylek cook in Michoan Marsh.	Michotl Grounds Waypoint —	Travel east of  Michotl Grounds Waypoint — in Metrica Province and complete the renown heart Help the Michotl tribe (11). Then purchase Dragonfly Steaks from the heart vendor Cook Huelic for 7,000 .
11	Return to the Togatl chief with the Dragonfly Steaks.	Ireko Tradecamp Waypoint —	Return to  Togatl Grounds — in Kessex Hills via the underwater tunnel and talk to Chief Tlatoa.
12	Find Palak's acolyte in the Hunting Banks.	Eztlitl Grounds Waypoint —	Speak to Hylek Amini northeast of  Eztlitl Grounds Waypoint — in Timberline Falls. Unlocks  Helping Hylek: Kill Krait.
13	Defeat krait at Nonmoa Lake.	Nonmoa Waypoint —	Complete above achievement by defeating 25 krait. Participating in the Defend Chief Eztlitl from the krait (59) event will provide many targets. Alternatively defeating the Champion Krait Witch in the [Group Event] Kill the krait witch (60) event atop the krait fortress completes the objective.
14	Find Palak's acolyte in Whitland Flats.	Old Sledge Site Waypoint —	Travel northeast of  Old Sledge Site Waypoint — in Mount Maelstrom to  Lonatl Grounds — and speak to Hylek Tlamatini to receive a Recovered Inquest Note.
15	Uncover the shard in the Inquest reactor.	Crucible of Eternity Waypoint —	Travel to the Infinite Coil Reactor and find the shard using the hints given in the Recovered Inquest Note.Order: Black, Green, Blue, Red, Violet, white - make sure to go through the middle to get to the next one. Anomaly: The chest may already be available at  Zone White — without the need to solve the puzzle.
16	Recover the shard stolen by the Keepers of the Elements.	See Hidden Garden for potential entrances.	Complete the Hidden Garden jumping puzzle in Mount Maelstrom and open the Sylvan Chest at the end.
17	Seek out the shaman in Astrozintli Forelands.	Zintl Holy Grounds Waypoint —	Travel to  Zintl Holy Grounds Waypoint — in Sparkfly Fen and speak to Shaman Huelec inside the temple to the northeast. If you helped the hylek during your level 50 Personal story in Chosen of the Sun, you get to skip the steps. You cannot complete this step if the [Group Event] Defend the Zintl Holy Grounds (58) event is active.
18	Meditate at the hylek holy site.	Judgment Waypoint —	Travel to  Judgment Waypoint — in Mount Maelstrom, head north until you reach Environmental Activist Jenrys, then use the /sit emote near her. If you're in a good spot, a red message will appear in your chat ("You feel a wave of warmth wash over you. Maybe you should sit and reflect for a moment."), and sitting should give you  Zintl's Warmth. Sit there for approximately 15 seconds. Note: you may need to move around her, and not too near. Keep moving and sitting until you get  Zintl's Warmth in your status bar. If this doesn't work, try logging out to character select and logging back in. Might only work during map day time.
19	Return to Shaman Huelec.	Zintl Holy Grounds Waypoint —	Return to  Zintl Holy Grounds Waypoint — in Sparkfly Fen and speak to Shaman Huelec again. You cannot complete this step if the [Group Event] Defend the Zintl Holy Grounds (58) event is active.
20	Return to Palak.	Hullgarden Pier Waypoint —	Return to Shaman Palak on the cliff northeast of  Hullgarden Pier Waypoint — to complete the achievement and receive a chest containing a Gift of the Hylek.
