The Wayward Wisp: Wisp Outreach is a The Wizard's Vault achievement. It is unlocked after completing the fifth step of the The Wayward Wisp: Vault Dispatch achievement.

Walkthrough
The Wayward Wisps only appear after using the Warclaw's Sniff skill.
