Mr. Sleepy, the Sticky Fingers is a bear near Moon Camp Covert. As befits his name he is a laid-back guy, more concerned with sleeping than the thrill of the heist. It's implied he has worked with Ms. Jeeves in the past.

He can be found east of Timber Cave, in a side arm of the cave as part of the penultimate step of the Gettin' the Crew Together achievement.
