To progress this event, players must pick up empty balloons from [[Empty Balloon Basket|empty balloon baskets]] found near [[Zephyrite Kite Guide]]s, then go in the sea to fill them up with water, and then deposit them by interacting with one of the [[Kite Basket|kite baskets]] scattered around the area.<br />

To send off the baskets that have been filled with water balloons, players must pick up blue [[Aspect|Wind crystals]] (the ones granting the {{skill icon|Assisted Leap}} skill) and bring their power to a nearby [[Zephyrite Kite Guide]]. The guide will then send off some of the nearby baskets on their own.<br />
