To get there, fly (if you have a skyscale) or maneuver up to the higher ledges to a point that is slightly south east (more east than south) of the hero point closest to the orange circle for the event. Once you get there, fly north, under a rock ledge, to find the fight. You have to kill the main as well as the adds to get the completed event and open the tunnels.
