Talk to [[Warden Spy Alarin]] to obtain a [[Nightmare Court Disguise]], then enter Briarthorn Den and disrupt the Nightmare Court using the contributing actions below.

Note that this heart has actions which reduce heart progress, and give a stack of the debuff {{effect|Darkening Heart}} which deals damage over time:
* Scolding Imprisoned Hounds and Nightmare Pups — -8-9% heart progress
* Encouraging the Nightmare Alpha Hound in terrorizing Nightmare Recruits — -8-9% heart progress

** Clear [[Thorn Barrier]]s that enclose [[Nightmare Pup]]s and [[Imprisoned Hound]]s — 5% heart progress
