Jump into the [[Sand Portal|sand portal]] below the entrance cliff of the tower and keep following the path past the [[Crystal Oasis Insight: Sanctum of Nabkha|mastery point]] to obtain the item. It is located in a [[Runeforger's Chest|chest]] on the north central pillar. You can also use [[Skyscale]] or [[Springer]] to ascend the cliff to the north and then glide down to the chest.
