The [[Hall of Judgment (Hall of Chains)|Hall of Judgment]] is located deep within [[Death's Landing]] in the [[Hall of Chains]]. This ominous building was once the prison of [[Dhuum]], the former [[Six Human Gods|God]] of Death, who has since broken free and turned it into his throne room. Dhuum has redirected the [[River of Souls]] to the repurposed Hall of Judgment in order to empower himself with the souls of the [[Underworld]].
