[[Sithio Quicklash]] is a member of the [[Blood Legion]], and the only one who was not killed or captured when the [[Molten Alliance]] assaulted [[North Nolan Hatchery]]. After the defeat of the alliance, he united with what was left of his warband and continued operating the hatchery.
