Despite the bonus events and the faction merchants being limited, all their offered items were eventually available for purchase from [[Tactician Erlandson]].

Throughout the event, a progress bar would track the progress of the Community Goals. The tracker updated in 10-minute intervals, increasing as more items were bought.

Community Goal progress and rewards would only appear when the character enters the [[Eye of the North]]. The Community Goal progress and rewards wouldn't appear in instances such as [[Guild Hall]]s, [[Mistlock Sanctuary]], and the [[Lion's Arch Aerodrome]].

Players would receive rewards for all tiers, so long as they had participated in one.
